Welcome to GALPÓN DC, a secure cloud storage service operated from Spain,
designed for professionals and companies that prioritize privacy, security,
and legal compliance. Access to and use of our services implies full and
unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree
with them, you must refrain from using our services.

Definitions
- GALPÓN DC: Secure cloud storage service based on Nextcloud,
operated on privately owned infrastructure located in Spain.
- User: Any natural or legal person who contracts or uses the services.
- Services: Encrypted storage, synchronization, backup, collaboration
and advanced security functionalities.
- User Content: Any files, data or information uploaded by the User.
- E2EE (End-to-End Encryption): Encryption model whereby only the User
holds the decryption keys.
- 2FA / TOTP: Multi-factor authentication mechanisms used to secure access.

Security as a Core Principle
At GALPÓN DC, security is not an optional feature; it is the foundation of
our service.
- All content is protected by end-to-end encryption with zero-knowledge
architecture. Neither GALPÓN DC nor any third party can access User data.
- The User is solely responsible for safeguarding their credentials.
- Advanced authentication mechanisms are implemented, including 2FA and TOTP.
- AI-assisted monitoring is used to analyze logs and detect unauthorized access.
- All infrastructure is physically located in Spain, in full compliance
with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Registration and Access
- Use of the services requires registration with a valid email address.
- The User is fully responsible for credential security. Due to the
zero-knowledge architecture, GALPÓN DC cannot recover lost passwords or
encrypted data.

Plans and Fees
GALPÓN DC offers scalable subscription plans with quarterly, semi-annual or
annual billing. No free plans are provided. Current pricing is available at:

Acceptable Use
The User undertakes not to:
- Use the services for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to breach, reverse engineer, interfere with or disrupt the platform.
Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.

Service Interruptions and Maintenance
- Scheduled maintenance: Sundays from 08:00 to 15:00 (CEST).
- Service availability commitment of 99.9% outside maintenance windows.
- Users will be notified in advance whenever reasonably possible.

Intellectual Property
- The User retains all rights over their own content.
- The underlying software, infrastructure and proprietary technologies of
GALPÓN DC are protected by intellectual property rights and applicable licenses.

Termination and Data Deletion
- The User may terminate their account at any time via the platform.
- Upon termination, data will be securely deleted within 30 calendar days,
unless legal retention obligations apply.

Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided “as is”, without absolute guarantees of uninterrupted
availability or data integrity.
- GALPÓN DC shall not be liable for data loss resulting from credential loss,
User negligence, or force majeure events.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User during
the preceding twelve (12) months.

Regulatory Compliance
- All services comply with the GDPR and Spanish data protection legislation.
- User data is never transferred outside Spanish territory.

Modifications
- GALPÓN DC reserves the right to amend these Terms.
- Continued use following notification constitutes acceptance of changes.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by European Union law
and, where applicable, Spanish law. Any dispute, claim or legal action arising
from or related to these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent
courts of Seville, Spain. The application of any foreign jurisdiction or
legal system is expressly excluded.
